Accordingly, any information that you post on Caribbean Folklore and you accessing or using Caribbean Folklore materially impacts the reasonable expectation of privacy that you might otherwise have. Our Privacy Policy is created to give you important information regarding how we collect and use information that you post on Caribbean Folklore, or that we might collect in the normal course of you accessing Caribbean Folklore. Please read our Privacy Policy and use the information provided to help you make informed decisions to meet any expectation of privacy that you might have in the context of accessing or using Caribbean Folklore, a website on the internet. - Content

- When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
- We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions regarding Caribbean Folklore, but you understand and agree that we may use any feedback or other suggestion that you provide without any obligation to compensate you.
- Safety
We cannot guarantee that all of your engagement with Caribbean Folklore will be safe in all respects, but with your help and the help of other users (whether Community Members or visitors to the Caribbean Folklore community), we can take reasonable steps necessary to a safe community. Your help in this regard includes the following commitments:- You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications to users (such as spam).
- You will not collect information regarding users, or otherwise access Caribbean Folklore, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
- You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
- You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
- You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
- You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
- You will not advertise or otherwise market alcohol-related or other mature content without appropriate age-based restrictions.
- You will not use Caribbean Folklore to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
- You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of any Caribbean Folklore policy and procedures.
- Registration and Account Security
We at Caribbean Folklore have a policy that all users, and certainly Community Members, provide their real names and information, and we need your help to maintain this policy. Here are some commitments you make to us relating to registering and maintaining the security of your account:- You will not provide any false personal information on Caribbean Folklore, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
- You will not use Caribbean Folklore if you are under 13.
- You will not use Caribbean Folklore if you are located in a country embargoed by the United States, or are on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals.
- You will not use Caribbean Folklore if you are a convicted sex offender.
- You will keep your contact information accurate and up-to-date.
- You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
- You will not transfer your account to anyone without first getting our written permission.
- Protecting Other People's Rights
We believe that all users of Caribbean Folklore are entitled to a climate of mutual respect, even as we cannot guarantee this result, and we count on you to respect other people's rights.- You will not post content or take any action on Caribbean Folklore that infringes someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
- We can remove any content that you post on Caribbean Folklore if we believe that it violates our Community Guidelines or policies.

- If you repeatedly infringe other people's intellectual property rights, we may disable your account.
- You will not represent that you are authorized to act on our behalf or use our name, logos, copyrights or trademarks without our prior written consent.
- You will not post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial or health information on Caribbean Folklore.
- Mobile
- While it is possible to access Caribbean Folklore from a mobile device with internet service, please remember that your carrier's normal rates and fees, if any (such as text messaging fees), will still apply.
- In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you will update your account information on Caribbean Folklore within 48 hours to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.
- Caribbean Folklore Credits
- From time to time, we may choose to provide to you and other users the ability to receive Caribbean Folklore Credits for your involvement with the Caribbean Folklore community. If and when we do so, even if your accumulation of Caribbean Folklore Credits can be an important marker of your value and standing in the Caribbean Folklore community, Caribbean Folklore Credits have no actual exchange and general commercial use value, and you shall have no expectation in this regard. Nonetheless, from time to time, we may choose at our sole discretion to redeem Caribbean Folklore credits from our top holder or holders of such credits for value that may be provided by our advertisers and sponsors, but there is no expectation, certainty or commitment made at any time in this regard.
- Special Provisions Applicable to Share Links
If you include our Share Link button on your website, the following additional terms apply to you:- We give you permission to use Caribbean Folklore's Share Link button so that users can post links or content from your website on Caribbean Folklore.
- You give us permission to use such links and content on Caribbean Folklore.

- If we come to an arrangement with you regarding any Order that you place with us, unless otherwise agree to, we will deliver your ads as inventory becomes available.
- You will pay for your Orders in accordance with our Payments Terms. The amount you owe will be calculated based on your agreement with us in this regard.
- Your ads will comply with our advertising guidelines as we disclose them to you.
- Unless otherwise agreed, we will determine the size, placement, and positioning of your ads.
- We do not guarantee the activity that your ads will receive, such as the number of clicks you will get.
- We cannot control how people interact with your ads, and are not responsible for click fraud or other improper actions that might affect the cost of running ads, depending on your arrangement with us.
- You will not offer any contest or sweepstakes ("promotion") without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the promotion, and will follow all applicable laws. By taking full responsibility for the promotion, you agree, among other things, that you may not in any way: (1) Use Caribbean Folklore's name, trademarks, trade names, copyrights, or any other Caribbean Folklore intellectual property in the rules to or any other materials relating to the promotion; (2) Directly or indirectly indicate that Caribbean Folklore is a sponsor or administrator of the promotion; or (3) Administer the promotion on the Caribbean Folklore website.
- You can cancel your Order at any time with us, but it may take us a reasonable time, up to seven days, before the ad stops running.
- Our license to run your ad will end when we have completed your Order. You understand, however, that if users have interacted with your ads, your ads may remain until the users delete it.

- Amendments
- We can change our Community Guidelines so long as we provide you notice through, or by way of the information that we have for you through, Caribbean Folklore (unless you opt-out of such notice) and an opportunity to comment.
- For most changes, we will give you reasonable notice commensurate with the circumstances.
- If a material portion of our community comment on the proposed change, we will also give you the opportunity to participate in a vote in which you will be provided alternatives. The vote shall be binding on us if more than 30% of all active registered users as of the date of the notice vote.
- We can make changes for legal or administrative reasons upon notice without opportunity to comment.
- Termination
If you violate the letter or spirit of these Community Guidelines or our policies, or otherwise create possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of Caribbean Folklore to you. - You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to our Community Guidelines or Caribbean Folklore in a state or federal court located in the State of New Jersey. The laws of the State of New Jersey will govern the resolution of any issues under our Community Guidelines and policies, as well as any other claim generally that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
- If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions or your content on Caribbean Folklore, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs of suit) related to such claim.

WE ARE PROVIDING CARIBBEAN FOLKLORE "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT CARIBBEAN FOLKLORE WILL BE SAFE, SECURE OR ACCURATE. - By "Caribbean Folklore" we mean our website at www.caribbeanfolklore.com and any other Caribbean Folklore branded or co-branded websites (including sub-domains, international versions, and mobile versions), including, as applicable, the features, services, information, platforms and technology relating thereto, and as such may relate to any other media, devices or networks now existing or later developed.
- By "Community Member" we mean a user of Caribbean Folklore.
- By "content" we mean the content and information you, we or others post on Caribbean Folklore, including information about you and the actions you take.
- By "post" or “share” we mean post on Caribbean Folklore or otherwise make available.
- By "us," "we" and "our" we mean Caribbean Folklore as a business organization, now or as later developed or reorganized at our sole discretion, including its affiliates.
- By "use" we mean use, copy, publicly perform or display, distribute, modify, translate, and create derivative works of.
- By "user" we mean any user of the Caribbean Folklore website, including Community Members, and others, as applicable.
- Other
- These Community Guidelines make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding Caribbean Folklore, and supersedes any prior agreements.
- If any portion of these Community Guidelines is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.
- If we fail to enforce any portion of these Community Guidelines, it will not be considered a waiver.
- Any amendment to or waiver of any portion of these Community Guidelines must be made in writing and signed by us.
- You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Community Guidelines to anyone else without our consent.
- All of our rights and obligations under these Community Guidelines are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.
- Nothing in this agreement shall prevent us from complying with the law. These Community Guidelines do not confer any third party beneficiary rights.
